Swivel Instructions- Tighten Set Screws to Desired Tension and then move freely.
CAUTION– Do Not Over-tighten Swivel and occasionally add a drop of 3in1 or general purpose oil to lube swivel ! If binding occurs , loosen set screws if it doesn’t move freely.
The main arm is 19" in Length and slides in and out on stainless bearings via the Slider Box. The Shaft on the Bottom of the Slider box , allows the torch stand to pivot side to side on the 5/8" Shaft "post". Choose Shaft Length.
Choose how Long you want the Shaft "post" to be on the Torch Stand , this is mounted under the Slider Box.
Choose1" ShaftLength on Torch Stand for Lowest Mounting Position.
Choose6" ShaftLength on Torch Stand for Higher , and Variable Mounting Positions.
Shaft may need to be cut to desired height. This can be done with a Hacksaw and a bit of sanding.
This stand Mounts to your Lathe Carriage to allow a greater range of movement for your torch.
All Torch Stands will come with a T-Slot Universal Adapter( T-Slots ).
Which you will need to mount.Mounting Hardware NOT Provided.
( T-slots ) is the most universal Adapter. You can even mount it to a Bench under your Lathe , for Lathe's with No Fire Carriage , like the Beth. GL100.
